SECTION 01

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and E.A. Business Goals Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), owner and operator of the GoalsTrack platform (the "Platform").
By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most recent revision date is at the end of this document.

SECTION 04
Workspaces and User Roles
GoalsTrack operates on a workspace model. Each workspace represents a single company or organisation. All data, communications, tasks and calls within a workspace are strictly isolated from other workspaces.
User roles and their permissions are defined as follows:
- Owner — Full platform control: billing, workspace settings and overall performance monitoring.
- Admin — Manage members, create/assign/delete tasks, access all reports and the admin panel.
- Manager — Create, assign and delete tasks they created; manage their team's progress.
- Task Administrator — Create and delete tasks they created; oversee specific task areas.
- Member / Employee — View and update assigned tasks; communicate within the workspace.
Role permissions are set by the Workspace Owner and cannot be self-assigned or overridden by Members.
SECTION 04A
Employee Performance Data Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Obligation
Where you hold an Owner, Admin, Manager or Task Administrator role, you may have access to performance data relating to other employees. As a condition of that access, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
(1) You will treat all employee performance data accessed through the Platform as strictly confidential;
(2) You will only access employee performance data for legitimate management purposes;
(3) You will not display, share, or disclose employee data outside the permitted circumstances described in Section 2.1;
(4) You understand that employees have legal rights in relation to their data and that breach of those rights may result in civil, regulatory, or criminal consequences;
(5) You accept personal responsibility for compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 when handling employee data through this platform.
This clause forms part of the GoalsTrack Terms and Conditions and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

SECTION 05
Task Management Rules
Tasks are the core element of the GoalsTrack platform. The Platform maintains a complete, immutable audit log of all task-related activity, including:
- Who created the task and when
- To whom it was assigned and when
- Date assigned, due date and date completed
- How many days before or after the deadline the task was completed
- How many times each user accessed the task
- Every status change with timestamp and author
- Every reassignment, including from whom, to whom, when and the reason
Task Deletion Policy: Any user can delete a task, but a written reason must be provided before proceeding. No task can be deleted without a recorded justification. All deletions are soft deletes — data remains in the database and is visible in the audit log for Admins and Owners. No data is permanently lost.
These records feed directly into company KPIs, including on-time completion rates, workload per employee and performance trends.
SECTION 06
Communication Features
GoalsTrack provides built-in communication tools including team chat, direct messages, voice calls and video meetings. The following rules apply:
- Workspace isolation: All communications are strictly limited to users in the same workspace. Users from different workspaces cannot contact, call or interact with one another via the Platform.
- Voice calls: Available between members of the same workspace. Call history including duration, timestamp and status is recorded for business accountability.
- Video meetings: Available on eligible subscription plans. Meeting participants must belong to the same workspace.
- Content standards: All communications must comply with the Acceptable Use policy in Section 8.
We do not monitor the content of private communications as a matter of course. We reserve the right to investigate communications upon a credible report of abuse, illegal activity or violation of these Terms.
SECTION 07
